SpartanNash today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 10% increase to its quarterly cash dividend from $0.15 per common share to $0.165 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2017.

Douglas Dynamics, North America's premier manufacturer of vehicle attachments and equipment, today announced that its Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share for the first quarter of 2017, which equates to a projected full year annual increase in the dividend of $0.02 per diluted share. The declared dividend will be paid on March 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 21, 2017.

The Board of Directors of Harris has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 53 cents per share on the common stock, payable March 24, 2017 to shareholders of record March 14, 2017.

The dividend is payable on April 17, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2017. The common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2017 of 83 cents per common share represents an increase of three cents, or four percent, over the first quarter of 2016.
