Chubb (NYSE:CB) approved a 3% increase in the company's dividend to $2.84 per share annually ($0.71 per quarter) from $2.76 per share ($0.69 per quarter). The company's Board of Directors declared that shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017, will be entitled to payment of the first installment of $0.71 per share on July 21, 2017.
Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE:MMC) increased the quarterly cash dividend from $.34 to $.375 per share on outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on August 15, 2017 to stockholders of record on July 11, 2017.
Southwest Airlines (NYSE:LUV) increased the Company's quarterly dividend by 25 percent and authorized a new $2.0 billion share repurchase program. The quarterly dividend will increase to $.125 per share from $.10 per share, beginning with the 163rd consecutive quarterly dividend declared today to Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2017, on all shares then issued and outstanding. The dividend will be paid on June 28, 2017.
KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) announced a cash dividend of $0.095 per share on the corporation's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2017 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on May 30, 2017.
Lennox International (NYSE:LII) voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend 19 percent to $0.51 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 17, 2017, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE:TMO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 17, 2017, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2017.
Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A) announced that a quarterly dividend of 13.2 cents per share of common stock will be paid on July 26, 2017, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2017.
HP (NYSE:HPQ) has declared a cash dividend of $0.1327 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend, the third in HP's fiscal year 2017, is payable on July 5, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2017.
Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable in U.S. dollars on July 6, 2017, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2017.
