Marriott International (NASDAQ:MAR) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 33 cents per share of common stock, which represents a 10 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend amount of 30 cents per share. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 19, 2017.
Allergan (AGN) announced that it is proceeding with its previously initiated cash dividend of $0.70 per ordinary share for the second quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on June 15th, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18th, 2017.
The UPS (NYSE:UPS) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. The dividend is payable May 31, 2017, to shareowners of record on May 15, 2017.
Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.855 per share payable on June 16, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 19, 2017.
ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) announced a quarterly dividend of 26.5 cents per share, payable June 1, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2017.
Illinois Tool Works (NYSE:ITW) declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.65 per share for the second quarter of 2017. The dividend equates to $2.60 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on July 12, 2017 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
Capital One Financial Corporation (NYSE:COF) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share payable May 25, 2017 to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2017.
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2025 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 19, 2017 and will be paid on June 9, 2017.
Equifax (NYSE:EFX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, payable on June 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 25, 2017.
