Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share of Common Stock, payable on June 15, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2017.
Cummins (NYSE:CMI) declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.025 dollars per share, payable on June 1, 2017, to shareholders of record on May 19, 2017.
Microchip Technology has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 36.15 cents per share. The dividend is payable on June 6, 2017 to stockholders of record on May 23, 2017.
Pentair (NYSE:PNR) will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.345 per share on August 4, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 21, 2017. Pentair had previously announced on December 6, 2016 the approval by its Board of Directors to pay dividends in 2017 in four quarterly installments of $0.345.
