Royal Bank of Canada announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common share dividend of 87 cents per share, payable on and after August 24, 2017, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2017.
Bunge today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's regular quarterly common share cash dividend, from $0.42 to $0.46 per share. The new dividend is payable on September 5, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 22, 2017.
The Board of Directors of Tiffany has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of Common Stock, representing an 11% increase in the quarterly rate. This declaration increases the quarterly dividend from $0.45 per share (or $1.80 annually) to the new rate of $0.50 per share (or $2.00 annually). The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2017. Future dividends are subject to declaration by the directors.
Flowers Foods today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, an increase of 6.3% over the same quarter last year. This is the 59th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company and is payable on June 23, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 9, 2017. This action increases the annualized dividend rate to $0.68 per share from $0.64 per share at this time last year.
Today, McDonald's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.94 per share of common stock payable on June 19, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2017.
