Werner Enterprises, one of the nation's largest transportation and logistics companies, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.07 per common share payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 5, 2017. This dividend is a $.01 per share increase (or 17%) compared to the Company's previous quarterly dividend rate of $.06 per share. This dividend will be paid on July 18, 2017.
Werner Enterprises has paid a quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders every quarter since July 1987.
Quest Diagnostics, the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share, payable on July 24, 2017 to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on July 10, 2017.
Motorola Solutions, today announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share payable in cash on July 14, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2017.
Nordson today announced that its board of directors declared a third quarter 2017 cash dividend in the amount of $0.27 per common share, payable on June 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 30, 2017. This amount equals the $0.27 per common share dividend paid in the second quarter of fiscal year 2017.
West Pharmaceutical Services, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a third-quarter 2017 dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 2, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 19, 2017.
