United Technologies (UTX) declared, effective July 5, 2017, a dividend of 70 cents per outstanding share of common stock, which represents a 6.1 percent increase over the prior quarter's dividend amount. The dividend will be payable September 10, 2017, to shareowners of record at the close of business August 18.
W. P. Carey (NYSE:WPC) increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.00 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.00 per share. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2017 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
National Fuel Gas Company (NYSE:NFG) approved a 2.5 percent increase in the dividend on the Company's common stock, raising the quarterly rate from 40.5 cents per share as approved in June 2016 to 41.5 cents per share for an annual rate of $1.66 per share. This dividend is payable July 14, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.
Crescent Point Energy (NYSE:CPG) confirms that the dividend to be paid on July 17, 2017, in respect of June 2017 production, for shareholders of record on June 30, 2017, will be CDN$0.03 per share.
Vermilion Energy (NYSE:VET) announced a cash dividend of $0.215 CDN per share payable on July 17, 2017 to all shareholders of record on June 30, 2017. The ex-dividend date for this payment is June 28, 2017.
Two Harbors Investment (NYSE:TWO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2017. This dividend is payable on July 27, 2017 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.
Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) declared quarterly dividends on the Company's common and preferred shares. A regular common share dividend for the second quarter of $0.50375 per share will be paid on July 14, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 26, 2017.
Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O) has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2115 per share from $0.211 per share. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 3, 2017.
