PPG (NYSE:PPG) approved a 5-cents-per-share increase in the company's dividend, declaring a regular quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share, payable Sept. 12 to shareholders of record Aug. 10. PPG's last quarterly dividend increase was 11 percent, in the second quarter of 2016.

Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK) approved a $0.05 increase of its quarterly cash dividend to $0.63 per common share. This marks the 50th consecutive annual dividend increase for the company. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, September 1, 2017.

Magellan Midstream Partners (MMP) has increased the partnership's quarterly cash distribution to 89 cents per unit for the period March 1 through June 30, 2017, representing the 61st distribution increase since its initial public offering in 2001. The second-quarter 2017 distribution is 9% higher than the second-quarter 2016 distribution of 82 cents per unit and represents a 2% increase over the first-quarter 2017 distribution of 87.25 cents. The new distribution, which equates to $3.56 per unit on an annualized basis, will be paid Aug. 14 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31.

Conagra Brands (NYSE:CAG) approved a quarterly dividend payment of $0.2125 per share of CAG common stock to be paid on August 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2017.

The J. M. Smucker Company (NYSE:SJM) has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.75 to $0.78 per common share, an increase of 4 percent. The dividend will be paid on Friday, September 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 11, 2017.

West Pharmaceutical Services (NYSE:WST) has approved a fourth-quarter 2017 dividend of $0.14 per share, a 7.7% increase over the $0.13 per share declared for each of the four preceding quarters. This is the 25th consecutive annual increase in the Company's dividend. The fourth-quarter dividend will be paid on November 1, 2017, to shareholders of record as of October 18, 2017.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock, payable August 14, 2017, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2017.

BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $2.50 per share of common stock, payable September 22, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2017.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) approved a cash dividend of $0.125 per share for the quarter ($0.50 annualized) payable on August 15, 2017, to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2017.
