Occidental Petroleum said today that its Board of Directors has declared an increase of the company's regular quarterly dividend to $0.77 per share. On an annual basis, the dividend is $3.08 per share at the new rate, compared to the previous annual rate of $3.04 per share. President and Chief Executive Officer Vicki Hollub said, "Occidental has now increased its dividend every year for 15 consecutive years. The total increase in the annual dividend rate from 2002 exceeds 500 percent." Occidental has paid quarterly dividends continuously since 1975. The $0.77 per share quarterly dividend will be payable on October 16, 2017, to stockholders of record as of September 11, 2017.

Omega Healthcare Investors today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.64 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Tuesday, August 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

Directors of Goodyear Tire & Rubber have declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable September 1, 2017, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2017. The payout represents an annual rate of 40 cents per share.

DuPont declared a third quarter common stock dividend of 38 cents per share payable September 29, 2017, to stockholders of record July 31, 2017. This is the 452nd consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.

The Dow Chemical Company has declared a dividend of 46 cents per share, payable October 2, 2017, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2017. This marks the 424th consecutive cash dividend issued by the Company. Dow has paid its shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912.
