The dividend declared is payable on September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of August 18, 2017.
Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE:IR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per ordinary share, reflecting a 12.5 percent increase and an annual dividend rate of $1.80 per share, up from $1.60 per share. The dividend is payable September 29, 2017, to shareholders of record on September 8, 2017.
KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ:KLAC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.59 per share on its common stock payable on Sept. 1, 2017 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 15, 2017.
The UPS (NYSE:UPS) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. The dividend is payable Aug. 30, 2017, to shareowners of record on Aug. 14, 2017.
Equifax (NYSE:EFX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, payable on September 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 25, 2017.
