Steris' Board of Directors has authorized a $0.03 increase in its quarterly interim dividend to $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable September 28, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2017.
Lam Research today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $291 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of June 25, 2017. The dividend payment will be made October 4, 2017 to holders of record on September 13, 2017.
Perrigo today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, payable on September 12, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 25, 2017.
Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 6, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2017.
Digital Realty, a leading global provider of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, announced today that its board of directors has authorized cash dividends for the third quarter of 2017. The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.93 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2017. The common stock cash dividend will be paid on September 29, 2017.
