Allergan (AGN) announced the record and payment dates for a cash dividend of $0.70 per ordinary share for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2017. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its quarterly cash dividend for 2018 to $0.72 per ordinary share.
Illinois Tool Works (NYSE:ITW) declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.78 per share for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend equates to $3.12 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on January 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2017.
