The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) Board of Directors announced a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.84 per share, payable January 11, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 11, 2017. The company last paid a semi-annual dividend of $0.78 per share in July.
The Toronto-Dominion Bank announced that a dividend in an amount of sixty cents per fully paid common share in the capital stock of the Bank has been declared for the quarter ending January 31, 2018, payable on and after January 31, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 10, 2018.
Enbridge (NYSE:ENB) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.671 per common share, payable on March 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2018. The declared dividend represents a 10 percent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-third consecutive year in which the Company has increased its common share dividend.
Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE:KRG) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3175 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, which represents an increase of 5.0% compared to the dividend paid for the prior quarter. This distribution will be paid on or about January 12, 2018, to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2018.
Microsoft announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share. The dividend is payable March 8, 2018, to shareholders of record on Feb. 15, 2018. The ex-dividend date will be Feb. 14, 2018.
