Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS) has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on the company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 19, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2018.
Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.230 per common share and unit for the quarter ending December 31, 2017. The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2018, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on January 3, 2018.
Wayne Savings Bancshares (WAYN) has declared a cash dividend increase of $0.01 to $0.10 per share of the Company's common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2017. This represents an annualized dividend of $.40 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on January 24, 2018 to stockholders of record as of January 10, 2018.
The Community Financial Corporation (TCFC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about January 26, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 12, 2018.
