On Thursday, Corporate Office Properties Trust (OFC)'s Executive Vice President & COO, Paul R. Adkins, made a $290,600 purchase of OFC, buying 10,000 shares at a cost of $29.06 each. Corporate Office Properties Trust is trading up about 0.4% on the day Friday.
And on Monday, CEO Meenu Chhabra bought $200,000 worth of Proteostasis Therapeutics (PTI), buying 40,000 shares at a cost of $5.00 each. This purchase marks the first one filed by Chhabra in the past year. Proteostasis Therapeutics is trading up about 2.4% on the day Friday.
