Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), trading up about 1.1% with over 69.8 million shares changing hands so far this session, and General Electric (NYSE:GE), up about 0.1% on volume of over 65.3 million shares. Voya Financial (NYSE:VOYA) is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 11.2% on the day, while PG&E (NYSE:PCG) is lagging other components of the Vanguard Russell 1000 ETF, trading lower by about 12.9%.
