Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share payable on April 27, 2018 to holders of record on March 29, 2018.
Foot Locker (NYSE:FL) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.345 per share, which will be payable on May 4, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 20, 2018. The 11 percent increase in the dividend is the eighth consecutive year with a dividend increase in the 10 percent range and is equivalent to an annualized rate of $1.38 per share.
Assured Guaranty (NYSE:AGO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per common share, an increase of over 12% from the quarterly dividend of $0.1425 per common share that was declared on November 1, 2017. Assured Guaranty has raised its quarterly dividend for seven consecutive years, bringing the total increase to 256% since its November 2011 dividend payment of $0.045 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2018.
Nutrien has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share payable on April 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 29, 2018.
TechnipFMC (NYSE:FTI) has authorized and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per ordinary share payable on or shortly after April 4, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the New York Stock Exchange on March 20, 2018. The ex-dividend date will be March 19, 2018.
