NextEra Energy (NYSE:NEE) declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $1.11 per share, up approximately 13 percent versus the prior-year comparable quarterly dividend. This increase is consistent with the policy announced in 2015 of targeting 12 to 14 percent annual growth in dividends per share through at least 2018, off a 2015 base. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on Feb. 27, 2018.
ITT (NYSE:ITT) announced that it is increasing its quarterly dividend to 13.4 cents per share on the company's outstanding stock. The ITT Board of Directors has approved the cash dividend for the first quarter of 2018, which will be payable on April 2, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2018.
Medical Properties Trust (NYSE:MPW) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock to be paid on April 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2018.
The Wendy's Company (NASDAQ:WEN) has authorized a 21 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend rate from 7 cents to 8.5 cents per share. The increase will be effective with the next quarterly dividend payment, which is payable March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2018.
Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE:NUS) has increased the quarterly cash dividend to $0.365 from the previous $0.36 per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on March 14, 2018, to shareholders of record on Feb. 26, 2018.
