General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 93 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable May 11, 2018, to shareholders of record on April 13.
Colgate-Palmolive Company increased the quarterly common stock cash dividend by 5%. The increase will be effective in the second quarter, 2018. The new rate of $.42 per share is up from $.40 per share. The Board declared that the second quarter dividend is to be paid on May 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of April 20, 2018.
Vail Resorts approved a 40% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $1.47 per share from $1.053 per share beginning with the dividend payable on April 11, 2018 to stockholders of record as of March 27, 2018.
Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE:HMN) announced that its Board of Directors approved a 3.6% increase in the quarterly cash dividend, which will increase to $0.285 per share. This represents an annualized dividend of $1.14 per share and follows a 4% increase declared in March 2017.
Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.07 per common share, payable on April 11, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 22, 2018. The ex-dividend date is March 21, 2018.
Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.32 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on June 8, 2018, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2018.
Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE:DVN) approved a 33 percent increase in its quarterly common stock dividend beginning in the second quarter of 2018. The new quarterly dividend rate will be $0.08 per share, compared to the prior quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share. The increased dividend is payable on June 29, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2018.
