The quarterly dividend is payable on April 10, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2018. The ex-dividend date is March 14, 2018. The new annualized dividend rate is $2.80 per common share, representing a yield of 4.3% based on Altria's closing stock price of $64.59 on February 23, 2018.
Digital Realty's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $1.01 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2018. The common stock cash dividend will be paid on March 30, 2018.
Gap (NYSE:GPS) approved plans to increase the company's annual dividend by over 5 percent to $0.97 per share for fiscal year 2018. Additionally, the board of directors authorized a first quarter fiscal year 2018 dividend of $0.2425 per share, payable on or after May 2, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2018.
Torchmark Corporation (TMK) has raised the quarterly dividend to $.16 per share on all of the outstanding common stock of the Company held of record as of the close of business of the Company's transfer agent on April 3, 2018. The dividend will be paid on May 1, 2018.
Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE:SNV) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2018, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2018.
Taubman Centers (TCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.655 per share of common stock, an increase of 4.8 percent. The common dividend is payable March 30, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2018.
