The TJX Companies, the leading off-price retailer of apparel and home fashions in the U.S. and worldwide, today announced that its Board of Directors has raised the amount of its quarterly dividend by 25% from the last dividend paid. The Board declared a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $.39 per share, payable June 7, 2018, to shareholders of record on May 17, 2018.

Pembina Pipeline announced today that its Board of Directors declared a common share cash dividend for April 2018 of $0.18 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on May 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on April 25, 2018.

The Board of Directors of UniFirst today declared regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.1125 per share (11.25 cents) on the Company's Common Stock and $0.09 per share (9.0 cents) on the Company's Class B Common Stock. Both dividends are payable on June 29, 2018, to shareholders of record on June 8, 2018.

The Board of Directors for Ingersoll-Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per ordinary share, payable June 29, 2018, to shareholders of record on June 8, 2018. Ingersoll Rand has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends on its common shares since 1919 and annual dividends since 1910.

The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group, declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 75 cents per share. The dividend, with a payment date of May 5, 2018, will be payable the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business April 16, 2018.
