Visa (NYSE:V) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and C common stock and series B and C convertible participating preferred stock on an as-converted basis), payable on June 5, 2018, to all holders of record as of May 18, 2018.
Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) approved a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the first quarter ($0.80 annualized) payable on May 15, 2018, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2018. This is a 60 percent increase from last quarter's dividend, and is consistent with the plan KMI announced during the summer of 2017.
Morgan Stanley declared a $0.25 quarterly dividend per share, payable on May 15, 2018 to common shareholders of record on April 30, 2018.
The Bank of New York Mellon announced that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.24 per share, payable on May 11, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 1, 2018.
The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE:SHW) announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.86 per common share payable on June 1, 2018, to shareholders of record on May 18, 2018.
