United Community Banks, reported that its Board of Directors approved an increase of its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable July 5, 2018 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2018.

The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials today declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-eight cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2018.

National Oilwell Varco today announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on June 29, 2018 to each stockholder of record on June 15, 2018.

Allstate announced its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 46 cents on each outstanding share of the corporation's common stock, payable in cash on July 2, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2018.

Torchmark announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.16 per share on all of the outstanding common stock of the Company held of record as of the close of business of the Company's transfer agent on July 5, 2018. The dividend will be paid on August 1, 2018.
