Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT) voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend by eight cents, a 10 percent raise, to eighty-six cents ($0.86) per share of common stock, payable August 20, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2018.
Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) has declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per common share, a 3.2% increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 62 cents. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 15, 2018.
H&R Block approved a 4 percent increase in its quarterly dividend, to $0.25 per share. A quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share is payable on July 2, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 22, 2018.
The United Technologies Corp.'s (UTX) Board of Directors declared, effective July 5, 2018, a dividend of 70 cents per share on the outstanding shares of UTC's common stock. The dividend will be payable Sept. 10, 2018, to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 17, 2018.
Johnson Controls International (NYSE:JCI) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share payable on July 13, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 25, 2018.
