National Fuel Gas Company (NFG) approved a 2.4 percent increase in the dividend on the Company's common stock, raising the quarterly rate from 41.5 cents per share as approved in June 2017 to 42.5 cents per share for an annual rate of $1.70 per share. This dividend is payable July 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2018.
Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) announced that its Board of Trustees voted to increase the quarterly dividend by $.005 and pay a dividend of $.67 per share on July 3, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 25, 2018.
Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share. The dividend is payable Sept. 13, 2018, to shareholders of record on Aug. 16, 2018. The ex-dividend date will be Aug. 15, 2018.
Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2018.
Liberty Property Trust (LPT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per share on the company's common shares of beneficial interest for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on July 2, 2018.
