Ashford Hospitality Trust (NYSE:AHT) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2018. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.48 per share, is payable on July 16, 2018, to shareholders of record as of June 29, 2018.
Myers Industries (NYSE:MYE) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.135 per share payable on July 3, 2018, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2018.
Urstadt Biddle Properties declared quarterly dividends on the Company's Class A Common Stock and Common Stock. The dividends were declared in the amounts of $0.27 for each share of Class A Common Stock and $0.24 for each share of Common Stock. The dividends are payable July 20, 2018 to stockholders of record on July 6, 2018.
