VICI Properties (NYSE:VICI) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2625 per share of common stock for the period from April 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018. The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2018.
W. P. Carey (NYSE:WPC) increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.020 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.08 per share. The dividend is payable on July 16, 2018 to stockholders of record as of June 29, 2018.
AbbVie (NYSE:ABBV) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.96 per share. The cash dividend is payable Aug. 15, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 13, 2018.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) declared a quarterly dividend of forty cents ($0.40) per share on the $.10 par value Common Stock of the corporation. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on August 1, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 6, 2018.
Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) declared quarterly dividends on the Company's common and preferred shares. A regular common share dividend for the second quarter of $0.54 per share will be paid on July 13, 2018 to shareholders of record on June 25, 2018.
