Walgreens Boots Alliance declared a quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of 10 percent. The increased dividend is payable 12 September 2018 to stockholders of record as of 20 August 2018, and raises the annual rate from $1.60 per share to $1.76 per share.
The Kroger Co.'s (NYSE:KR) Board of Directors announced its Board approved a dividend increase. The next quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share will be paid on September 1, 2018, to shareholders of record on the close of business on August 15, 2018.
Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on September 28, 2018, to shareholders of record September 14, 2018.
Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE:LMT) has authorized a third quarter 2018 dividend of $2.00 per share. The dividend is payable on Sept. 28, 2018, to holders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 4, 2018.
Lennar Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on July 26, 2018 to holders of record at the close of business on July 12, 2018.
