Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were J.C. Penney (NYSE:JCP), trading up about 3.7% with over 29.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ:RCII), up about 13.9% on volume of over 13.9 million shares. Griffon (NYSE:GFF) is lagging other components of the iShares S&P Small-Cap 600 Value ETF Tuesday, trading lower by about 11.8%.
