Occidental Petroleum (NYSE:OXY) has declared an increase of the company's regular quarterly dividend to $0.78 per share. On an annual basis, the dividend is $3.12 per share at the new rate, compared to the previous annual rate of $3.08 per share. The $0.78 per share quarterly dividend will be payable on October 15, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 10, 2018.
Delta Air Lines declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, an increase of 15 percent over previous levels. This change will bring the total annualized dividend commitment to approximately $950 million, consistent with the company's target of returning 20 to 25 percent of free cash flow to owners over the long-term. The September quarter dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 26, 2018, to be paid on August 16, 2018.
KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the corporation's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2018 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on August 28, 2018
AVANGRID declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share on its Common Stock at today's Board meeting. This dividend is payable October 1, 2018 to shareowners of record at the close of business on September 7, 2018.
Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per common share, payable on September 26, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2018.
Ford Motor Company declared a third quarter regular dividend of $0.15 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. The third quarter dividend is the same level as the regular dividends paid in the first and second quarters of 2018. The third quarter dividend is payable on September 4, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2018.
