The Invesco DWA SmallCap Momentum ETF (NASDAQ:DWAS) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 316,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 46,000. Shares of DWAS were down about 0.8% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Enphase Energy (NASDAQ:ENPH), trading down about 6.3% with over 2.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and California Resources (NYSE:CRC), down about 6.3% on volume of over 1.5 million shares. Comstock Resources (NYSE:CRK) is the component faring the best Wednesday, up by about 7.2% on the day, while Simulations Plus (NASDAQ:SLP) is lagging other components of the Invesco DWA SmallCap Momentum ETF, trading lower by about 20.3%.
