Cboe Global Markets has declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2018, representing a 15 percent increase compared with the prior quarter's dividend of $0.27 per share, and increased its share repurchase authorization by $100 million. The third-quarter 2018 dividend is payable on September 14, 2018, to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2018.
International Flavors & Fragrances authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share of the Company's common stock, an increase of 6%, from the current quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share. The quarterly dividend will be payable on October 5, 2018 to shareholders of record as of September 24, 2018.
Carlisle Companies has approved an 8.1% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.37 per share to $0.40 per share, or to $1.60 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2018.
Apollo has declared a cash distribution of $0.43 per Class A share for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018. This distribution will be paid on August 31, 2018 to holders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2018.
Automatic Data Processing has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 69 cents per share payable October 1, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 14, 2018.
