Nordson today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per common share from $0.30, an increase of 17 percent. The dividend is payable on September 4, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 21, 2018.
Yum! Brands Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be distributed September 7, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2018. In addition, Yum! Brands, Inc. Board of Directors authorized repurchases of up to $2 billion in shares of common stock through year end 2019. This is in addition to the approximately $329 million remaining under prior authorizations as of the end of the second quarter.
L Brands announced today the declaration of its regular quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share payable on Sept. 7, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 24, 2018. This is the company's 175th consecutive quarterly dividend.
Torchmark announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.16 per share on all of the outstanding common stock of the Company held of record as of the close of business of the Company's transfer agent on October 5, 2018. The dividend will be paid on November 1, 2018.
JBT today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter 2018 cash dividend of $0.10 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2018.
