This increase is the sixteenth sequential increase to the Company's quarterly dividends.
Bank of Montreal today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018, unchanged from the previous quarter and up 7 per cent from the prior year. The dividend on the common shares is payable on November 27, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 1, 2018.

The distribution is payable October 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 28, 2018.
