In trading on Wednesday, the iShares MSCI Frontier 100 ETF (NYSE:FM) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Telecom Argentina (NYSE:TEO), up about 3.3% and shares of Central Puerto (NYSE:CEPU), up about 1.3% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (NYSE:XOP), down about 2.3% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Whiting Petroleum (WLL), lower by about 7.6%, and shares of Chesapeake Energy (NASDAQ:CHK), lower by about 7.4% on the day.
