Mastercard (NYSE:MA) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on November 9, 2018 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of October 9, 2018.

The TJX Companies announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.39 per share, on a pre-stock split basis, payable December 6, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2018. If the stock split is effected before the quarterly dividend payment, the quarterly dividend will be adjusted accordingly to $.195 per share.

Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) declared quarterly dividends on the Company's common and preferred shares. A regular common share dividend for the third quarter of $0.54 per share will be paid on October 12, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 24, 2018.

Host Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ:HST) authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018.
