STORE Capital Corporation (STOR) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.33 per share for the third quarter ending September 30, 2018. On an annualized basis, this dividend of $1.32 per common share represents an increase of $0.08 per share over the previous annualized dividend. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2018 to STORE Capital stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 28, 2018.
Jacobs Engineering Group (JEC) declared a quarterly cash dividend payable to shareholders in the amount of $0.15 per share of Jacobs common stock. This dividend will be paid on Oct. 26, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 28, 2018.
Leggett & Platt's Board of Directors announced a dividend of $.38 per share for the third quarter, an increase of $.02 per share or 5.6% versus the third quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 24, 2018.
Americold Realty Trust (NYSE:COLD) has declared a dividend of $0.1875 per share for the third quarter of 2018, payable to holders of the Company's common shares. The dividend will be payable in cash on October 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2018.
Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share and OP Unit payable on October 18, 2018 to holders of record on October 4, 2018. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $0.72 per share.
