Ameren Corporation (NYSE:AEE) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 47.5 cents per share, a 3.8 percent increase from the prior quarterly cash dividend of 45.75 cents per share, resulting in an annualized equivalent dividend rate of $1.90 per share. The previous annualized equivalent dividend rate was $1.83 per share. The common share dividend is payable Dec. 31, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 12, 2018.
Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE:EV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share on its common stock. The new quarterly rate represents an increase of 12.9 percent over the $0.31 per share declared in each of the Company's last four fiscal quarters. The dividend is payable November 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on October 31, 2018.
PolyOne Corporation (POL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of nineteen and a half cents per share on the common stock outstanding, representing an 11% increase to the quarterly cash dividend. The $0.195 per share will be paid on January 9, 2019 to stockholders of record on December 14, 2018. On an annualized basis, the dividend will increase from $0.70 to $0.78 per share on the common stock outstanding.
Barings BDC (NYSE:BBDC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. This represents a $0.07 increase from the third quarter dividend of 2018 and a dividend yield of approximately 4%.
DowDuPont (DWDP) has declared a dividend of 38 cents per share, payable December 14, 2018, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2018.
