The Estée Lauder Companies (NYSE:EL) announced an increase in the quarterly dividend on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock to $.43 per share, a 13% increase over the previous quarterly rate of $.38 per share. The $.43 per share quarterly dividend will be payable on December 17, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2018.
CDW Corporation (NASDAQ:CDW) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.295 per common share to be paid on December 10, 2018, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 26, 2018.
Yum China Holdings declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share on Yum China's common stock, payable as of the close of business on December 18, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 27, 2018.
Black Hills Corp. (NYSE:BKH) declared a 6.3 percent, or $0.03 increase, in the quarterly dividend to $0.505 per share. The annual equivalent rate of $2.02 per share represents 49 consecutive years of annual dividend increases. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 19, 2018, will receive $0.505 per share, payable Dec. 1, 2018.
General Motors (NYSE:GM) declared a fourth quarter 2018 dividend of 38 cents per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend is payable Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018.
