In trading on Friday, paper & forest products shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 4.4%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Mercer International (NASDAQ:MERC), down about 12.1% and shares of Resolute Forest Products (RFP) off about 6.3% on the day.
Also lagging the market Friday are construction materials & machinery shares, down on the day by about 4.1% as a group, led down by Mohawk Industries (NYSE:MHK), trading lower by about 22.8% and US Concrete (USCR), trading lower by about 6.5%.
