At vTv Therapeutics (NASDAQ:VTVT), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Thursday, Ronald O. Perelman bought 1,879,699 shares of VTVT, at a cost of $1.33 each, for a total investment of $2.5M. vTv Therapeutics is trading up about 83% on the day Tuesday. Before this latest buy, Perelman bought VTVT on 3 other occasions during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $5.20M at an average of $2.08 per share.
And on Friday, Director Gary S. Kohler purchased $335,600 worth of Air T (NASDAQ:AIRT), purchasing 10,000 shares at a cost of $33.56 each. Before this latest buy, Kohler purchased AIRT at 2 other times during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $48,290 at an average of $29.59 per share. Air T is trading down about 6.6% on the day Tuesday. So far Kohler is in the green, up about 1.4% on their buy based on today's trading high of $34.04.
