BD (NYSE:BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.77 cents per common share, an increase of 2.7 percent from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2018 to holders of record on December 10, 2018.
Hormel Foods (NYSE:HRL) announced a 12 percent increase to the annual dividend to shareholders, marking the 53rd consecutive annual dividend increase. The annual dividend on the common stock of the corporation was raised to $0.84 per share from $0.75 per share. The Board of Directors authorized the first quarterly dividend of 21 cents a share to be paid on Feb. 15, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 14, 2019.
Valvoline (NYSE:VVV) announced that its board of directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock by more than 40 percent to 10.6 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 17, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 30, 2018.
Air Products (NYSE:APD) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 11, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2019.
