The Harley-Davidson Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.37 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend is payable December 28, 2018 to the shareholders of record of the Company's common stock as of December 14, 2018.

Devon Energy announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Devon's common stock for the first quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2019, at a rate of $0.08 per share based on a record date of March 15, 2019.

The board of directors of American Express today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.39 per common share, payable on February 8, 2019 to shareholders of record on January 4, 2019.

Royal Bank of Canada announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly common share dividend of 98 cents per share, payable on and after February 22, 2019, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on January 24, 2019.

The Board of Directors of McCormick today declared an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.52 to $0.57 per share on its common stocks, payable January 14, 2019 to shareholders of record December 31, 2018. This marks the 33rd consecutive year that the Company has increased its quarterly dividend. At $0.57, the quarterly dividend is double the amount paid in 2011.
