Roper Technologies, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4625 per share, payable on January 23, 2019 to stockholders of record as of January 9, 2019. This represents an increase of 12% over the dividend paid in each quarter of 2018, or an expected $0.20 increase on an annual basis ($0.05 on a quarterly basis). This is the twenty-sixth consecutive year in which Roper has increased its dividend.
Energizer Holdings announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the first quarter of its fiscal 2019 of $0.30 per share of Common Stock, payable on December 13, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2018.
Prudential Financial announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share of Common Stock, payable on December 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 26, 2018.
Waste Management today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.465 per share payable December 14, 2018 to stockholders of record on November 30, 2018.
Digital Realty, a leading global provider of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, announced today that its board of directors has authorized quarterly cash dividends for common and preferred stock for the fourth quarter of 2018. Digital Realty's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $1.01 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 14, 2018. The common stock cash dividend will be paid on January 15, 2019.
Baxter International, a leading global medical products company, announced today a quarterly cash dividend and an expanded authorization for its share repurchase program. The Board of Directors of Baxter has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock, payable on Jan. 2, 2019, to stockholders of record as of Dec. 3, 2018. The indicated annual dividend rate is $0.76 per share of common stock.
