Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) declared a $1.45 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2019. The dividend will be paid on March 8, 2019, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 15, 2019. This represents a 10 percent increase from that paid in each of the previous four quarters.
The AES Corporation (NYSE:AES) approved an increase of 5% in the Company's quarterly common stock dividend, from $0.13 per share to $0.1365 per share, beginning in the first quarter of 2019. The Company's first quarter 2019 common stock dividend of $0.1365 per share is payable on February 15, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 1, 2019.
Erie Indemnity Company increased the regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.84 to $0.90 on each Class A share and from $126.00 to $135.00 on each Class B share. This represents a 7.1 percent increase in the payout per share over the current dividend rate. The next quarterly dividend is payable Jan. 23, 2019, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 8, 2019, with a dividend ex-date of Jan. 7, 2019.
Ventas (NYSE:VTR) declared the Company's fourth quarter 2018 dividend, an increase to $0.7925 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on January 14, 2019 to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019.
Marvell Technology Group (NASDAQ:MRVL) announced a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock payable on January 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 26, 2018.
