Broadcom has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $2.65 per share. The dividend is payable on December 28, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2018.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) declared an increase of 2.5% percent in the company's quarterly dividend, beginning in the first quarter of 2019. The dividend increase will result in a quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share on the $.10 par value Common Stock of the corporation. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on February 1, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 4, 2019.
WEC Energy Group (NYSE:WEC) announced that it is planning to raise the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 59 cents per share in the first quarter of 2019. This would represent an increase of 3.75 cents per share or 6.8 percent over the current quarterly rate. The directors expect to declare the new dividend at their regularly scheduled meeting in January. The dividend - which would be equivalent to an annual rate of $2.36 per share -would be payable March 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on Feb. 14, 2019.
Edison International (NYSE:EIX) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.6125 per share, payable on January 31, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2018. This action increases the annual dividend by $0.03 per share. The 2019 annual dividend rate will be $2.45 per share.
Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share on the company's common stock, an 11 percent increase from $0.56 per share. The dividend is payable Jan. 4, 2019, to stockholders of record as of Dec. 17, 2018.
