Watsco (NYSE:WSO) approved a 10% increase in the annual dividend rate to $6.40 per share and has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.60 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock. The cash dividend is payable on January 31, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 16, 2019.
Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) has declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019 of $0.90 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 12, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2019. The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2019.
RPM International (NYSE:RPM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share, payable on January 31, 2019 to stockholders of record as of January 16, 2019.
Dominion Energy Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:DM), has declared a fourth-quarter 2018 cash distribution of $0.3690 per common unit. Distributions are payable on Jan. 31, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business Jan. 14, 2019.
LTC Properties (NYSE:LTC) declared a monthly cash dividend on its common stock for the first quarter of 2019. The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share per month for the months of January, February and March 2019, payable on January 31, February 28 and March 29, 2019, respectively, to stockholders of record on January 23, February 20 and March 21, 2019, respectively.
