Tortoise Pipeline & Energy Fund (NYSE:TTP) is the component faring the best Tuesday, up by about 1.5% on the day, while Proshares Ultra Semiconductors (NYSE:USD) is lagging other components of the First Trust CEF Income Opportunity ETF, trading lower by about 2.5%.
