The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a 32.0 percent increase in its quarterly dividend to $1.36 per share. "As a testament to our commitment to create value for our shareholders and a demonstration of confidence in the business going forward, the board has increased the dividend for the tenth consecutive year," said Menear. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2019, to shareholders of record on the close of business on March 14, 2019. This is the 128th consecutive quarter the Company has paid a cash dividend.
Linde today announced its Board of Directors has declared a 6% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend to $0.875 per share. The dividend is payable on March 22, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 8, 2019.
Bank of Montreal today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the second quarter of fiscal year 2019, unchanged from the previous quarter and up 8 per cent from the prior year. The dividend on the common shares is payable on May 28, 2019, to shareholders of record on May 1, 2019.
United Bankshares, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.34 per share for shareholders of record as of March 8, 2019.
Conmed today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on April 5, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019.
