This represents an 8.3% increase versus the prior quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.40 on an annual basis. The increased dividend is payable on April 9, 2019 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2019.
L3 Technologies (LLL) has increased the company's regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.80 to $0.85 per share payable on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2019.
Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK) approved a regular first quarter cash dividend of $0.66 per common share. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
STERIS's Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly interim dividend of $0.34 per share. The dividend is payable March 21, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2019.
